Guangzhou Nansha International Logistics Park Development Co., Ltd. is the principal developer, constructor and operator of the logistics zone within the Nansha Comprehensive Bonded Zone. CKS Nansha International holds approximately 457,000 square metres of bonded land within the logistics zone of the Nansha Comprehensive Bonded Zone. It has completed and is currently operating seven standard multi-purpose logistics warehouses totalling approximately 480,000 square metres. A five-storey drive-in warehouse with a construction area of approximately 190,700 square metres is currently under construction and is expected to commence operations in June this year. Our core business activities include cross-border e-commerce, general bonded import and export operations, transhipment services, and LCL (less than container load) consolidation services.
