Founded in Cork by Denis Doyle in 1886, the company operates in all major Irish ports and directly employs nearly 700 people. Its Dublin Port operations are at the focal point of Ireland's Lo-Lo and Ro-Ro unitised trade, while its dry bulk ports in Greenore, wholly owned since 2014, and Foynes are crucial to the country's agriculture and construction industries. Terminals in Cork cover the entire span of one of the world's largest harbours, including private terminals in Passage and Rushbrooke, and its Belfast operation focuses on services and stevedoring for offshore wind projects. Now steered by the third generation of the Doyle family, Frank and Conor Doyle, and a committed board of directors, the family company comprises three principal divisions: Ports, Logistics and Renewables. Its Logistics division is Ireland's number one for third-party logistics provider needs, with offices across Ireland, China and Vietnam.
