Eastship was founded in 2011 as a marine agency operating in Constanta Port. In 2015, the company evolved into an asset-based freight forwarder through investments in transport equipment, engineering capabilities and operational infrastructure. Eastship Projects & Logistics is a Romanian project logistics company specialized in oversized cargo transportation, heavy haul logistics, freight forwarding and offshore support services across Europe and the Black Sea region. The company supports complex industrial, energy and offshore projects through integrated logistics, transport engineering and project cargo solutions. It provides dedicated logistical support for the wind energy sector and established a dedicated SPV company with 50% Eastship ownership focused on offshore oil and gas. A milestone €14.5 million investment was made in specialized equipment for transporting wind turbine components.
