Logistik-Cluster Schwaben (LCS) unites companies, institutions, and stakeholders along the supply chain to strengthen Schwaben as a leading logistics region in Germany. Founded in 2011, the network now counts nearly 100 members from logistics, industry, academia, and municipalities. With offices in Augsburg and Ulm, LCS serves as the central hub for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation in logistics. We support our members with business matchmaking, talent development, crisis support, and access to policymakers and real estate partners. At the same time, we connect research and practice, initiate forward-looking projects, and create visibility for the region’s logistics strengths on national and international stages. Together, we shape the future of logistics and position Schwaben as a logistics powerhouse.
